I have worked at noodled and company for 3 months. I have put in a lot of time and effort. Recently, my MOD has become very unprofessional. I have witnessed him cursing at both other employees and myself. He had called us names, been aggressive, and lacked ant respect towards us.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Nice co-workers and good pace of environment.
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting to see some of my co-workers.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
We all work together and have each others backs.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Very efficient and smooth. Positive energy when i first got hired.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are all very friendly and i have a good time talking with them. My general manager is very friendly, however my other one is not.
