I literally am in the process of trying to find out how to contact the HR department because the Noodles I worked at is trying to not even pay me for hours worked. My experiences have been absolutely awful and I am livid that I am still dealing with it at this very moment TWO MONTHS AFTER I QUIT.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Repeatedly been told my situation will be taken care of or someone will call me back and am constantly just left without any information or ANY contact. So beyond frustrated. And the Wisconsin Labor Laws only will reimburse Federal Minimum Wage which is less than HALF of what I was being paid.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They are shady. They claim they will be calling back "within the afternoon" repeatedly for weeks at a time. I have literally been made to feel as though they are trying to wait me out until I stop trying to contact them over money I am owed. Truly a disgusting lack of integrity.
