its been okay, all my coworkers are amazing. managment is pretty understanding but pay is bad.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Im not fairly paid, even though ive been at the company longer. I was started at a low salary and the new hires are making 3-5$ more for the same position.
