When the managers go back and take care of dishes. That's all she ever wants to do and then she leaves me alone. Otherwise I am constantly criticized
The beginning of my shift I work with my GM. Things are calm and organized. Once he leaves, the patients are running the asylum. No organization, orders are inconsistent, there isn't pride in making the dish, they slap it together fast.
GM was very knowledgeable. I was a former noodles employee that was looking for a second job. I used to have fun working at noodles. Now all they ever do is stick me on noodle and grill and I am getting carpal tunnel because of it.
They are not team players. When I don't have anything to do I clean my area and work my way outward. They stand around and talk. They haven't once helped me with any deep cleaning and tell me I don't need to do that. The store looks shiny again since I've started.
My GM is fantastic! But the shift managers he has working there leave something to be desired. I was hired as a shift manager. They like to release all the other employees at closing and i get told im not closing FOH fast enough but I was scheduled to be off and I am correcting others work.
