Grown, but finding myself at a wall, not growing, because of disrespectful behavior and angry actions. Having anxiety at work isn't ok. Seeing my managers work hard with us and to see this person show no compassion. Only anger and hostility, which has been documented by Regional Manager before.

Team, manager and team members maintain a family environment regardless of the issues caused by another
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The GM of my location White Marsh makes all of my shift managers and assistant general managers uncomfortable. Examples of angry and hostile behavior is exhibited thoroughly on every shift. Rarely completing his scheduled times, and then later editing them to be of standard.
