The GM at my store is so rude to only me, and refuses to train me as a manger, but still complains about me not knowing stuff or not knowing how to do stuff. There is none. So much drama need a new GM!

There is not leadership. The GM is going off the wagon by taking his pent up anger out on his mangers.

What’s going wrong is the management, he’s constantly talking about me to other mangers and i find out by them telling. His actions are extremely inappropriate and he makes me feel sacred to make an HR compliant because of what he does to the people that do make one, he already had two complai
