What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership is empathetic and caring.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
COMMUNICATE more with staff, they only get involved if there are huge problems that have caused cloents to threaten to pull business
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Overall, it's a fair comp package. It's not Google pay, but for consulting vs. high-tech it's good.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Benefits ate expensive, no bonus or stock etc.

Friendly, open, helpful, genuine, thoughtful

Everyone is nice and just wants to do great work.

They just push and burn people out. No recognition, no one cares if your struggling

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Poor delivery drives customers away, we cause our iwm kssues then tell the customer it is their fault
