Set reasonable goals and objectives
Consider the thousands of dollars people spend on their education for these jobs and pay them fairly. A salary in the $20k range is not acceptable for someone who spent almost $100k on their education. Get with the times and stop putting all your dollars at the top.

I have years of experiebcd working for northwest, but im paid significantly less than new hires for the same position.
Men and women are not fairly treated. Men are hired and are automatically a Vice-President and women are not.
