What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Leadership Reviews

Listening and understanding what employees want and need to continue working. Weighing cost vs reward.

Treat equally, listen and try to hear what we say. Not make fake excuses of ehy some reps are treated better. Make effort to have your supervisors all follow same guidlines. Fairness! Not made up excuses when we know your fake

Need to replace the executive managers

They do not care about the customer

It doesnt matter what I say here, they wouldn't listen anyways.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Compensation Reviews

Board policy is to pay only within 25% of the median salary and raises are never more than 3%. No stock compensation anymore.

Equal pay, equal schedule, fair schedule. Fair pay and honest Thank you. Listen do not make up excuses

Set reasonable goals and objectives

Consider the thousands of dollars people spend on their education for these jobs and pay them fairly. A salary in the $20k range is not acceptable for someone who spent almost $100k on their education. Get with the times and stop putting all your dollars at the top.

My boss doesn't have a clue

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Team Reviews

We can not work togeather. Training needs improvment.

Everybody there is miserable. Just let us work from home if we can and limit pointless meetings so that we can focus on our unrealistic workloads.

There is genetal unhappiness with the company and although my immefoatw team aete well meaning they are exhausted, frustrated and generally unhappy

There needs to be more cooperation. The management always pits the employees against each other as a competiton.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Environment Reviews

Replace executive managers need to get out

Senior executive managers need to roll there sleeves up and figure out what's going on

Listen to your employees-get the right people at the table wjen decisions are being made

Better management would help and not to threaten the employees with being fired.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Interviews Reviews

Same story executive managers have no idea what is going on

Maybe pay attention to your interviewee. I had three people sit in on my interview and the head of the dept wanted to make sure I knew how important he was so he sat on his phone the whole time and made me feel very awkward. Not a good first impression.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Outlook Reviews

They need to reasses the executive managers

Once again executive managers have no idea what is going on in the markets they operate within

Everything is wrong with this company. It needs to be bought out by a more competent bank.

Executive managers are out of touch

Lack of organization, appreciation, and compensation.
