Need to replace the executive managers
They do not care about the customer
It doesnt matter what I say here, they wouldn't listen anyways.
Board policy is to pay only within 25% of the median salary and raises are never more than 3%. No stock compensation anymore.

Set reasonable goals and objectives
Consider the thousands of dollars people spend on their education for these jobs and pay them fairly. A salary in the $20k range is not acceptable for someone who spent almost $100k on their education. Get with the times and stop putting all your dollars at the top.
My boss doesn't have a clue
We can not work togeather. Training needs improvment.
Everybody there is miserable. Just let us work from home if we can and limit pointless meetings so that we can focus on our unrealistic workloads.
There is genetal unhappiness with the company and although my immefoatw team aete well meaning they are exhausted, frustrated and generally unhappy
There needs to be more cooperation. The management always pits the employees against each other as a competiton.
Replace executive managers need to get out
Senior executive managers need to roll there sleeves up and figure out what's going on
Listen to your employees-get the right people at the table wjen decisions are being made

Same story executive managers have no idea what is going on
Maybe pay attention to your interviewee. I had three people sit in on my interview and the head of the dept wanted to make sure I knew how important he was so he sat on his phone the whole time and made me feel very awkward. Not a good first impression.

Everything is wrong with this company. It needs to be bought out by a more competent bank.
