Everyone has been in banking for a very long time & they all have different knowledge about their job. I learn every day something new from them.
They need each othervto survive
They are committed but confused
They are pre scripted no Thing gets done
My teammates are personable. No commeradity no communication
No clue. No meeting to have group conversations. No time to read emails
The most positive thing is the end of the day when I can go home.
Culture changes to whatever managemwnt wants in those 6 months. No consistency. No reward for loyalty
We can visit with our coworkers and it is encouraged to have fun on the job.

It was a few yers ago when the culture was truly Northwest
It was simple and relaxed.
At the time things seemed tosey but it soon became apparent that it was an illusion-
Going in to see to learn something new, meeting new customers & seeing our regulars
Honestly, nothing. I feel drained and was unhappy. Thats why i left.
