What would you improve about your company's interview process?Tell the truth about the environment. I saw a lot of red flags during the interview process, I should have listened to my gut.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Staff shortages, remove the current IT management and bring people and place strategies for retention.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?The place needs more people to do the work, they can't find workers because no one wants to work at this place, their reputation is pretty bad, specifically the managers at the company.
