Quit squeezing the unions with temp employees. Quit shipping jobs overseas.

My co workers were great. It was leadership that mucked everything up.

The company takes tax breaks from the city while shipping high paying jobs overseas. Greedy company, squeezes unions and pretends to care.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
They give you the illusion that you can get hired in. You will not. They don't want to provide benefits or decent pay.
