The people I work with and the projects I work on. The fact that the company does everything in it's power to be partners with it's employees and really listen, it's a two way street
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
NM does a great job about being intentional about employees bringing their whole selves to work and hiring in a way that reflects the communities in which we live in. We truly have a place to truly be our whole selves and it is celebrated. It also includes and celebrates the diversity of thought
