Nice mix of $$ comp and other perks like time off

Compensation is fair, but not outstanding.

They pay the large majority of the benefits

Time off is very flexible, including maternity/paternity leave, every month has a floating day off for mental health which we're encouraged to take and we have a week off for the whole company to "chillax" occasionally as well.

The whole package is great!

I really enjoy wellness benefit we receive every month to combat the effects of covid and added expenses of working from home. In addition, there is an unlimited PTO policy, which we are encouraged to use, and enforced monthly day off.

Mandatory time off. Everyone has to take one day off a month, and the company was shut down for a week in August so employees could take time off guilt free. Every employee also got a "Thank You" gift box after a successful series D that included new Airpods.

I believe i'm paid fairly and benefits are great, but I know it's always improving.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

They recently announced that they were reviewing everyone's pay to make sure all people with the same role would get similar pay. If only that was true. Benefits are good. If only we could actually use them. We can barely take PTO & Sick time. We work all holidays. Work life balance does not exist!
