Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They recently announced that they were reviewing everyone's pay to make sure all people with the same role would get similar pay. If only that was true. Benefits are good. If only we could actually use them. We can barely take PTO & Sick time. We work all holidays. Work life balance does not exist!

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
We need to get better at meetings and having agendas for them and aligning our goals. We are working on this though and getting better
