They pushed me to learn other jobs i wasnt payed to do they made me do other work that wasnt in my pay grade
Because I work 12 hour shifts in a hot area and still don't make enough to live on my own. To buy a house. To not worry about money. If I got paid enough to freaking live and got more vacation time to actually live instead of working my life away.

More pay they have let people go or they quit. Then they put there work on me. Then when you you say that was there job when you going to replace them you get a reply like that's your job now. Then try to rush you when your work get back up. Like I'm doing 2 jobs as a material handle and shipping
Employees of other companies make the same or more per hour as employees at our factory for working at picking/shipping facilities with me less labor or skill. People are being hired at McDonald's for the same start pay as we receive

I feel like the plant I work for the management team is having a lot of preference for certain people and not equal with everyone.. they give a rise to people that don’t do anything

2.4 billion in sales last year, and they canceled raises this year!! Even though we all worked through a pandemic!!!! Starting pay is $13 an hour and supervisors make less than $25 an hour.

Several times the corrected compensation only to drop more work load or add higher level obligations that skew compensation again
I feel there are numerous employees who are overpaid for their lack of knowledge and involvement in running the machinery. Whereas employees like myself have been there for less time and have both gained more knowledge and stepped up to better learn/understand my job so I can go above and beyond.

The benefits, such as medical and dental have super high deductibles and the coverage isn't that great. You would literally be better off to make payment arrangements with the hospital or finance your dental work. If the company even paid 60/40 I'd feel better about buying insurance.
