Definitely not what I expected as a professional role.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My bonus is decent and the 401k is good.

It was relaxed and i met with everyone that would be a coworker.

My team is great. I have several coworkers that always make my day and are missed when they are not there.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team works to help each other. They are goal orienated. Many volunteers to do extra. Many go above and beyond every day.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We havepushed to retain some people or bring back some people that create toxic encorionments. We end up with accidents and people with experience leaving the company. My team is terrific now but the battle to remove a toxic person from my team with years of history resulted with me on medication
