Communication. Treating us like humans with lives outside work.

Pay employees more. Hire good employees. Make people follow the rules

They could clean up after themselves and do the job the right way.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Because I work 12 hour shifts in a hot area and still don't make enough to live on my own. To buy a house. To not worry about money. If I got paid enough to freaking live and got more vacation time to actually live instead of working my life away.
