The experience was horrid, management would offer a discount to any client for any reason without investigation or discussion, employees were routinely thrown under the bus for de minimus infractions or without reference to any infraction as was the case most often. Hated my time with Now CFO.
Poor leadership and goals. Try to charge clients more hourly for work that should not taken that long.
