What did you like most about the interview process?
It was a quick process.
It was efficient and reasonable.
They spent time getting to know my strengths and weaknesses to determine if it would be a good fit.
nothing because they don t tell me all the things i will have to do
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
More transparent. Managers never mention about long working hours, travel time, pay and that no training will be provided.
Lets keep the new hires for more than 2 months!
The HR department is very weak
