What did you like most about the interview process?I enjoyed doing the case study
What makes you most happy at work?Being able to be myself for the most part.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Collaboration and willingness to learn and participate.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation? They pay submarket rates particularly in the data department, which will never change in North America now that most things are moving to India (where they can pay even less).
What needs to change to make the company culture better? It is dependent on team, but don't demonize collaboration. Less meetings because everyone else is doing the same meetings. Don't assign deadlines to tickets.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?The metrics they measure developers on don't promote quality. It promotes getting sloppy work done, many lines of code, and in most cases it leads to a lot of technical debt. Perhaps place more value on things other then lines of code and number of tickets closed.
