Maturity and we have been together for years, surviving several "realignments" and "reorgs"
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
They need to slow down on the "Initiatives" we are getting over our skis on technology and "innovation". We need to plan further ahead. We can't do 2 years of work in 6 months.
