This team revolves their work around identity politics. Very little guidance or support for schools - just a list of demands. Although the bureaucracy has ballooned small school teams still do all the work with increasing demands. They are, at best, mediocre consultants and political hacks.

Some schools appreciate substitute teachers. Majority of them take advantage of substitute teachers. Some schools like to take away planning period and not pay us. Or switch and bait an assignment that was not on sub central. Schools shouldn't have the right to switch us whenever they feel like it.
