They work extremely hard as a group

Some schools appreciate substitute teachers. Majority of them take advantage of substitute teachers. Some schools like to take away planning period and not pay us. Or switch and bait an assignment that was not on sub central. Schools shouldn't have the right to switch us whenever they feel like it.

As long as they have been working, there should be less dumb question about what the job entails. Conference calls are a waste of time
