This team revolves their work around identity politics. Very little guidance or support for schools - just a list of demands. Although the bureaucracy has ballooned small school teams still do all the work with increasing demands. They are, at best, mediocre consultants and political hacks.

They all attend pointless meetings but none of the real work is addressed. All employees are drowning in work and we have little guidance. I work in Office of Legal Services.
