What is the best part about your compensation package?

Flexibility and solid bonus structure

We have a great 401K program that has helped me prepare for a comfortable retirement some day. They have also adapted the health insurance plan to cover things like orthodontia which has come in handy as our kids have become teenagers.

Fairness, profit sharing , adhoc bonuses

Market parity, regular benchmarking and performance linked and surprise bonuses

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The pay is at least $5 less an hour than other warehouse jobs that are similar.

More flexibility in the work place, and higher compensation.

Manufacturing is treated unfairly and is paid the minimum amount.

What are some of the best things about your team?

We have a great team that has been welcoming to new team members, open to sharing ideas without being critical of others. We genuinely like being around each other.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Environment Reviews

Great attitudes from everyone, no drama or problems ever.

We really do have a culture of appreciation. It's ongoing and heartfelt. We also have a very collaborative culture and people from anywhere are open and willing to help when needed.

Appreciation is a huge focus.

There is a great sense of appreciation and community at OC Tanner, but this can be somewhat "intimidating" as a newcomer at times

Co workers for the most part great to be around. Management not so much.

Professional, timely, friendly and targeted questioning

I felt like the leaders did a great job ensuring they were looking for potential rather than current skills.

All managers were engaging, professional and timely. Outstanding interview process

Professional team of 6 people interviewed me and I got to ask them all questions

It's been fun interviewing for new positions over the years. There are lots of opportunities to try new things. They're concerned about ability and fit. People treat each other like people during interviews and while the process is organized, it doesn't feel automated or contrived.

Work from home... Coworkers who are happy to help.

The articulated job role, opportunity to make an impact and the ability to articulate the goal each person and team have

Fairness. Some people are put into positions that they no nothing about. They want everthing they can get out of you but are not willing to pay you for your knowledge. People like it here but leave because of unfairness and not good pay.
