What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Great attitudes from everyone, no drama or problems ever.

We really do have a culture of appreciation. It's ongoing and heartfelt. We also have a very collaborative culture and people from anywhere are open and willing to help when needed.

Appreciation is a huge focus.

There is a great sense of appreciation and community at OC Tanner, but this can be somewhat "intimidating" as a newcomer at times

Co workers for the most part great to be around. Management not so much.

Elevating one another and the intent of the leadership is always clear and transparent.

The culture embraces a team effort. Everyone's contribution is valuable and it is recognized often.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
