Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The managers tell us so. Theres no positive reinforcement, we are always and only told how and when we did not do well, but ignore the hard work.

Actually being appreciated for once

I feel uncalled because they nothing to help my hours until others quit. Also the fact that my schedule is now made according to my coworkers. Didn't get a raise till I worked a full year only to get the pay everyone hired after me came in with and then my schedule hours goes down.

We are lucky to get 4 shifts a week, and they keep hiring more people. It makes no sense.

$10 an hour plus tips and tips arent calculated into your pay

Getting paid for how hard we work and the amount of things we are forced to deal with.

Being paid a fair wage, when the servers and part time chefs have to open the restaurant in the morning, you set a terrible example...

That someone get a hold of me and talk about what happened and come to some kind of reselution!

Issues on how bartenders doesn't tip out hosts so they are threatening to not sit us.

For someone that is one of the youngest employees there I work really hard while being in school . and there is so much mistreatment .

For employees do not act like managers that's for the manager's to do that they kind of do what they want

um i can only make 10 an hour and i definitely do more than my pay grade

I am a host at my store, i often work long hours by myself. I seat, bus, and wipe all the tables in the restaurant. The Servers never roll silver ware so we are always low, i feel i can never talk to my managers about anything. I am always the last person to know important information.
