Mr. Eric A. Silva has been Senior Vice President of Operations Support at Oceaneering International, Inc. since August 2015. Mr. Silva served as Chief Information Officer and Vice President at Oceaneering International, Inc. from March 2014 to August 2015. Mr. Silva's career spans over 30 years, with more than 10 years of information technology services leadership experience, in the chemical, energy and oil and gas industries. He was the Chief Information Officer at El Paso Corporation. Mr. Silva served as Vice President of Information Technology of Lyondell Chemical Company and LyondellBasell Industries N.V. (formerly LyondellBasell Industries AF S.C.A.). Mr. Silva served as Director of Human Resource Services, Mr. Silva joined Lyondell in 1985 and has held a variety of positions in accounting, treasury and Human Resources. He played a key role in a number of special projects, including Lyondell's integration of Equistar Chemicals, LP, Equistar's SAP implementation and Lyondell's process reengineering initiatives. Mr. Silva holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Texas.
