Executive Bio
Mr. William J. Boyle, also known as Bill, has been Senior Vice President of Asset Integrity at Oceaneering International, Inc. since March 21, 2016 and is responsible for Oceaneering's Asset Integrity business worldwide. Mr. Boyle served as Senior Vice President of Subsea Technologies at Forum Energy Technologies, Inc. since October 2013. He was responsible for Forum's global subsea business which includes the widest range of remotely operated vehicles (ROVs) in the industry, as well as other products and services critical to the subsea sector. He served as Chief Executive Officer of Underwater Integrity Solutions. Prior to Forum, he held senior leadership positions at Subsea 7, Wood Group and Technip. Most recently, he served as Chief Operating Officer of Clough Limited, an Australian publicly traded engineering and construction company headquartered in Perth, Western Australia. Mr. Boyle graduated from Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen, Scotland and is a Chartered Surveyor.
