The exec team continually shows they care about employees with lunch/dinner/snacks, good benefits, and enough transparency to answer any questions in the monday morning all hands
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Somewhat yes, but Ocrolus has done a pretty good job. The market is just on fire right now, especially for senior engineers with 5-10 years experience. I am smack in the middle of that demographic
