The health insurance was very valuable to me along with the 401K, the retirement didnt kick in as I didnt sign up for it and i was looking towards an HSA option, but didnt choose it.
It's customizable and annually flexible
I chose what I wanted
Comparatively well suited for employees

While I do not feel fairly compensated at this time I know this is an area the company is actively working on with recent changes in pay bans.
Everything we do seems to never be enough
I feel we go above and beyond given our circumstances. We are understaffed and underpaid for the workload we carry every day. We're all burnt out and are looking to be paid more especially since we're understaffed

It would make me feel better if they stop going in and changing the times we worked so that we won't hit over time we need our money and it nots fair we work that hard just for them to play around with our checks but changing the times
If I was to receive my paycheck because I wasn't working for free. To have my paycheck mailed to me at my home address I provided or my account for direct deposit that I also provided but haven't received anything and it'd going on 2 months
They only care about their family working there, they dont care about regular employees
There are two workers in my department that have been feeding the director with negative feedback against me. Contrarily, the director and quality employee conspires negative plots to hold me down by refusing to promote me. Instead, they granted two promotion to my coworker because she snitches.

It is my belief that Octapharma Plasma discriminates against employees especially if you are willing to speak up for the truth. They are bullies and worked together to conduct personal witch hunts against me which were masked as professional. Honest people don't belong here. The executive team lies.
I was initially applied and was hired for a part time position. After the completion of my training they continued to schedule me with full time hours apprx 38 hrs per week. And once I brought it to the attention of leadership they cut my hours to 5 hours a week. Sometimes sending me home w/o caus
The work/life balance is off. Numbers matter more than the well being of the employees, and donors are not kept in line when they disrespect employees.

I know many other phlebs paid 15 an hour. As for the compensation, I am unable to figure out what the compensation is as the company has not given me any information even when asked.
We should get a raise with inflation
