Everyone is very friendly. While there is a bit of tension, most of everyone is very chill.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I know many other phlebs paid 15 an hour. As for the compensation, I am unable to figure out what the compensation is as the company has not given me any information even when asked.
