Listening to concerns and issues and making changes or taking action. Management expects me (donor floor supervisor) to supervise every area and make sure everyone in every area are completing tasks. The hiring process has seemed to Be halted for too long. We're all burnt out

Actually being a manager instead of gossiping with the employees. Following through and being consistent. Having their employee's back in front of donors instead of humiliating them causing the donors to not respect the employee's authority.
They need to stop the bullying they run their business on how they personally feel about people the manger is barley their she has personal relationships with other co workers so she makes exceptions for them and treats everyone else HORRIBLE and her attitude is very bad and hostile
Stop allowing employees scare off the new comers, stop allowing employees to talk about other employees behind their backs and at work, how could you be a higher job title but allow employees to talk about other employees while teaching a training class, and actually have a manager to have your back
While I do not feel fairly compensated at this time I know this is an area the company is actively working on with recent changes in pay bans.
Everything we do seems to never be enough
I feel we go above and beyond given our circumstances. We are understaffed and underpaid for the workload we carry every day. We're all burnt out and are looking to be paid more especially since we're understaffed

They lie to the managers to make their self look good they're always telling on the other coworkers to their family (supervisors & managers)
The gossiping, slandering, has caused many workers to leave and quit
They employ any and everyone and mask it otherwise therefore what you pay for is what you get in quality of employees
Management has to take accountability and also respect their employees
More communication and top leader need to become involve in checking up on staff monthly performance. There's no commendments for the hard work, no follow up with requests to resolve employees disagreements. Too much quiet as kept behind the scenes with our director.
The management is the only thing because they set the tone and they allow workers to talk to donors anyway and allow fights and never do anything about it
The Director is poised with gossiping with front screeners. He is a messy leader and only promote employees that he favors on his side. Its too much favortism under his leadership and many employees have left because of him. He is a messy director period.

Having better management team who actually knows what thier doing and do the right thing
Everything was good during the hiring process.
It was a very fair interview from what I could see, more company related questions should be incorporated.
The interview process was not honest and leads one to believe the company is very structured and treats everyone equally regardless of race, or otherwise.
We have to change management
It should be actions for those who talk about people and if you take part in it and you have a higher rank consequences should happen
Management, Circle if Pick and Choosing certain individuals, overworked and a lot of people underpaid. Culture and environment is toxic and consists of being berated and beaten by customers at some points or guns pulled on you. I enjoyed some days, but overall I had to get out.
Hostile work environment and bullying is what's wrong coupled with unfair work environment. It can be improved by restructuring and holding upper management accountable and to the same standards as others in the company.
Leadership structure is based on a hostility based environment and deceit along with setups.
