What do you like best about the leadership team?
They have ideas, they seem to try to encourage growth.
They seem to understand our needs. They also work with our schedules to accomadate our lives.
They are progressive and open minded.
The loyalty to retaining staff even through down turns / layoffs (generally they try to find you another position if your current job is eliminated).

Insurance coverage and retirement are great
Bi weekly pay. Tax filing assitence
We get a raise on our anniversary and get a raise from our union.
Great health insurance and paid time off

What are some of the best things about your team?
Comradarie, competence and overall care
Generally there are two types of employees, focused and unfocused. Focused ones are great to work with but they get abused to the point where they choose to become unfocused. Unfocused ones lighten mood but increase the workload/stress. Culture not compliant w/osha breaks/lunches =less interactions

What did you like most about the interview process?
Getting to meet a group of people and be able to impress them enough that i should work here.
Met appropriate people but they were never seen again
Being able to call back the hiring manager with additional comments. He was accessible and receptive.

I'm most happy when we don t have too many phone calls or if i haven't been told that i've made a mistake.
