Comradarie, competence and overall care
Generally there are two types of employees, focused and unfocused. Focused ones are great to work with but they get abused to the point where they choose to become unfocused. Unfocused ones lighten mood but increase the workload/stress. Culture not compliant w/osha breaks/lunches =less interactions
