I liked this company at first but after the first 2 months working here I realized this is the most unprofessional company I've worked for. My general manager is arrogant and cusses out the line cooks when he's mad then blames his anxiety and the district manager doesnt handle sexual harrassment.

having friends that suffer with me because our managers are horrible

It was simple and all I had to do was call for one
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
NEW MANAGERS, investigations questioning all employees on our opinions and experiences with our managers
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'd feel better getting a call from headquarters/human resources to do an investgation at my store. Our district manager is not helpful and he is very disrespectful.
