Terrible Management, harassment from coworkers as well as from managers. Wouldn't recommend this job to anyone.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Because I previously got hurt and am now on workers comp. I'm being harassed from 2 of my managers and a few coworkers. I'm unable to complete the job fully since getting hurt but they don't care, they just tell me to do my job better
