Management is more concerned with chasing pretty waitresses around than actually doing their job, and anyonr who complains is hounded and toxicly micromanaged/ hypercritized until they quit.

Theyre just really great people, funny and hardworking.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel sickened with some of the people who manage and the complete lack of integrity and emotional intelligence they display.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Upper management really see the big picture and just make you feel safe when theyre there, unfortunately they leave eventually and it all goes six feet under.
