Good. When it comes to serious situations treatment is unfair. A certain manager treats all the workers terribly and no one does anything about it when its brought to another manager. If an employee makes a mistake then they are terrible at their job, but the manager does it, all is well. Its not ok

I get to work with my family and have a good time sometimes
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most are down to earth and extremely hard workers and benefit the OG team. And some lie and get other people fired.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are nice and sometimes helpful. Someone jusg falsley accused someone of something at a certain location, and because investigation didnt go to deep for both sides, they just fired the person they think is more responsible.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That we work together very well. Most of the time, a manager in specific targets everyone and how they work, and nit picks at everything we do wrong, and when its brought to general managers attention, they talk to the manager but nothing changes.
