Don't know. Everything was fine at first but dishonesty started to be very apparent in the workplace
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need help. Not good with employees. They just care about sales and numbers being crunched to company's requests.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Wrongful termination and just suspended for no good reasons. Gaslighting and turning things against me to look like the bad employee.
