All anyone cares about is numbers and no one really wants to lookout for anyones well being. All they care about is "refill" scores. Even though the "top performers" are filling out thei own surveys and arent being held accountable.

Some positive. Seeing favortism every day doesnt keep me motivated though

I guess dental/vision. Billion dollar company cant offer healthcare to every employee? Interesting
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our GM keeps us afloat. Our other managers really couldnt care about anyone except their select favorites.
