I've been into it with my general manager many times throughtout my year and a half of working. She is disrespectful towards her workers and she never give off a positve energy. According to hippas law a manager ahould never discuss ones personal business MINE WERE NOT RESPECTED.

We are all willing to help each other we all care for each other as siblings. Everyone have something bright about themselves
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Some managers are encouraging and want the best for us and also for the store! The GM on the other hand is terrible and isnt ready for her job title or either shes ready but feel entitled
