My teammates are lovely but I do think the management needs some serious reworking. It's unacceptable to yell at staff, especially in the dining area. It's also unacceptable to call someone an hour before their shift to change it. Management puts a lot of unnecessary stress on employees.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Most people will look out for you, or at least offer a shoulder if you're feeling down.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Many things. Management and workload are the primary issues. Please hire more staff to ease the pressure on employees, and listen to their needs and requests. I'm not sure it can be improved without a serious change in direction from management.
