Listening to employees, rewarding hardworkers and discipling slackers instead of expecting their few good employees to do everything.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
When the efficient, hardworking employees work together the shifts runsmoothly and there are a couple maagers who make sure things wor well together

Managers need to hold employees accountable that do not do their part, 25% of employees shouldnt have to do the work of evveryone
