What are some of the best things about your team?
A lot of us are there to provide for our families and we empathize with one another. We want it to be a fun atmosphere so we try to help one another.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The pay is low for unguaranteed hours. We are scheduled for shifts, but often they over-schedule the amount of waiters and when we show up, if there's not enough customers, they send some of us home. I drive 45 minutes through a metro area to get to work. I can't drive that to come home with $4 tips
