So I like some of the people I work with but the trainer is rude and disrespectful and needs to treat people better if you ask me its why people that get hired don't stay

Not being treated with respect and people not being trained properly and being disrespected in front of everyone by so called trainers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Like I said some people need to be better towards others I believe that not being treated fairly and with respect is why people aren't staying
