The benefits, and the fact that they donate leftover food to the needy.

Getting to know the managers a bit, which gives an idea of how the place will run
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are understaffed, and since I just started I am regularly working 12 hour shifts (and breaks are looked down upon). I believe I am vastly underpaid for the amount of work I do.
