People have become even more rude after covid and managers never have our backs even when people disrespect me
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am losing out on major medical because of when I was forced to work 2 days a week for take out during covid. I'd qualify if they worked me normally or furloughed me like so many others
