What is the best part about your compensation package?Benefit coverage and stock plan is nice, base pay is lower than other companies for a similar role.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?As stated, my team is housed under the customer success silo, which isn't terribly fitting. CS is paid well below industry average and we aren't compared to comparable roles.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?CS department is severly underpaid. Lower 25 percentile based on Radford data. Support staff is hourly and does not get paid a lot. CSMs are on the lower end for tech/SaaS with no salary negotiations.
