They have great policies for maternity leave - 100 percent of pay for 6 weeks. Paternal leave is 100 percent for 2 weeks
How hard is it to get promoted at One Digital?
Very easy if you are a white male. It's difficult for a female. If you are the lead person and your boss leaves, a male on another team is most likely to get that promotion. I have seen some women passed up for promotions when they were clearly qualified and next in line.

Get an internship while in college. Make sure to network, they hire off of referrals a lot

They try to hire all types of people to diversify. However, under qualified makes usually end up getting promoted over their female counterparts with more qualifications. I have seen quite a few women leave because of this. However, if you are make, you will most likely have a promising career here.

For exempt employees, it's unlimited PTO. While this seems nice, I have seen it used against employees. For example your boss can ok 3 weeks for someone but if you take 2 weeks, you can be told you are taking "too much" PTO.
